Professional Training

Build a Solid Foundation

Many professional athletes have trusted Results to train them during the off-season. Our off-season program will build a solid foundation for the upcoming season. The program includes: dynamic flexibility, prehab, form run, speed mechanics, response, skill work, core power, lifts, and regeneration. This program is an extensive 4 days/week approximately 2-3 hours/day.

This program is exclusively for elite and professional athletes.

Sean Doolittle
Sean was drafted as the 41st overall pick, by the Oakland Athletics in 2007. Sean had a huge set back with his knees in 2009. He seemed destined for surgery on both knees, but was able to avoid surgery on one of his knees. He sustained surgery on the other.
