Winter baseball performance training

It's that time of year again, time to use this up coming off season to improve your physical foundation for the upcoming baseball season! This year we are excited to bring Rob Rinaldi back as one of our instructors that will combine sport specific drills with functional training. We believe this is the best program in the area.

The 6-week program will concentrate on developing the following:

  • Baseball specific speed, agility, first step explosive power and footwork
  • Improve Flexibility, Strength, Balance, Core, and rotational power for swing speed
  • Shoulder specific prehab exercises to improve arm strength and prevent injury
  • Ball Velocity weighted ball program combined with total body throwing

Soccer Strong

Winter soccer performance training

RESULTS and the Sacramento Republic FC have joined together to bring you a cutting edge winter soccer training program to help you take your game to the next level. The first 45 minutes is an intense futsal curriculum designed and trained by the Sacramento Republic FC players. Following futsal, the players will develop the speed, power, and soccer specific strength program implemented by Luke Rayfield, CSCS Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Republic FC. This is an intense 1.5 hours of soccer training that will require the player to be 100% focused. Get RESULTS Soccer Strong NOW!!

The Components of The Training Program:

  • 45 minutes of futsal training designed by Republic FC’s Video Analyst and Camps & Clinics Coordinator Christopher Malenab and implemented by Republic FC players
  • Futsal training develops quicker reaction and decision making, encourages creativity and more touches on the ball
  • 45 minutes of soccer specific speed, agility and strength training
  • Develop more speed and power in order to change directions quickly, accelerate and be stronger on the ball
  • Build a foundation for the upcoming season
